The Election Assistance Commission (EAC) is seeking public comments on a proposed information collection related to the National Mail Voter Registration Form, as required by the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 and the Help America Vote Act of 2002. The form allows U.S. citizens to register to vote, update their voter registration information, or register with a political party by submitting the form to their state election office.
