The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determined that ceramic tile from India is not being sold in the U.S. at less than fair value, which is also known as "dumping." This decision covers the period from April 1, 2023, to March 31, 2024. As a result of this finding, U.S. Customs will not impose duties on these imports.
